UP CLOSE WITH SPIDERS – PHOTO GALLERY

This picture was taken in the early 1990s during a trek in the Ulu Langat area in Selangor. I took only a couple of “grab shots” as the other trekkers were hurrying through low vegetation under the late morning sun. The spider had just caught a skipper butterfly (Hesperiidae) much bigger than itself.
