UP CLOSE WITH SPIDERS – PHOTO GALLERY
This photo was taken near my home in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, in the mid-1980s. I think this
crab spider is a common species but I have yet to get it identified.
I noticed it because it had caught a nymphalid butterfly called the Leopard (Phalanta phalantha)
which is common in my neighbourhood.
