UP CLOSE WITH SPIDERS – PHOTO GALLERY

This picture was taken in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, in the late 1980s. This web was probably only half-completed when I came upon this spider. On the several occasions that I saw spiders similar to this one, the webs had been built among shrubs at about eye level.
