The Common Mime (Chilasa clytia clytia) is often found where the “wild cinnamon”
(Cinnamomum) is grown as a roadside tree. This butterfly was photographed while it was feeding on the nectar of the Golden Dewdrop (Duranta species) on a children’s playground near my home.
