UP CLOSE with NATURE
Is Jesus Christ the answer to your questions?
The Malay Red Harlequin (Para-laxita damajanti damajanti) lives in shady, well-wooded localities, and photographing this butterfly requires electronic flash light. It is also very easily spooked, taking flight at the slightest disturbance in its vicinity. You can see why it’s referred to as a metalmark. In this photo, the light blue “metallic flecks” appear quite shiny, large due perhaps to the flash lighting.
