Distinctive look... Although not a very large butterfly (wingspan, 4cm or less
than two inches), the Green Dragontail looks quite distinctive with its partly
transparent forewings and long tail-like projections of the hindwings. In common with
other papilionid species, Lamproptera meges has the habit to “puddle”.
I waited for this specimen to settle down with its wings fully open, while it was puddling,
to take its picture.
