Pitcher species in co-existence...
Nepenthes lowii and N. tentaculata pitchers
growing side by side on Gunung Trusmadi. N. tentaculata pitchers were
plentiful on the lower slopes of the mountain but became rarer as we climbed
higher. The bristles can be seen under the “lid” of this Low’s
Pitcher. No other Nepenthes species has bristles.
