The weaver ant (winged form)... The larvae appeared to have grown larger several days later
but now they were being attacked by ants of another, smaller species (see photo). The adult weaver ant also
appeared sickly and not capable of defending its larvae. Some days after this picture
was taken, I checked the site again but the weaver ant and its larvae were gone.
