Young jumper...
A young Kerengga Ant-like Jumper (Myrmarachne plataleoides) and its
web which appears to have been badly damaged. This kind of web, woven on a leaf or even between
two leaves, offers minimal protection to its occupant and is typical of the jumping spiders
(Salticidae). Jumping spiders hunt for food and do not weave elaborate webs to trap its prey.
