Mt Kinabalu’s south face... This picture, of the “south face” of Gunung Kinabalu, was taken around 7am. Streaks of dawn’s hues could still be seen in the sky and a layer of mist hovered over the foot of the mountain. The mist would rise to cover the top of the mountain later in the day.
